The operating system that runs our businesses
The OS has a Director, a team of specialist AI agents and a Command Center. Together they take a business from idea to launch and keep it running, with a person approving every decision that matters.
We built the OS for Imagaine's own businesses. It isn't a product, and there's nothing to sign up for.
From the first idea to the daily work
Finds ideas worth a look.
It scans trends, app stores and the web each day, then scores five ideas out of 100 and shows its sources.
Builds to tested requirements.
Requirements include acceptance tests. QA signs off only when every must-have passes, with evidence.
Runs the daily business.
It handles payments, failed-payment notices, customer email, scheduled posts and a morning report every day.
Keeps people in charge.
Plans, prices, brands, launches and ad budgets wait for approval. Agent actions are logged.
Twenty-two roles in five teams
Each agent has one job, a daily spending cap and access only to the tools that job needs. Eleven are at work today. The rest come online as the businesses need them.
Governance
Runs the other agents and keeps the system safe.
Director
Plans the work across every business, checks the evidence, unblocks agents and raises anything that needs a person.
Compliance and Risk
Checks ads and emails against policy, keeps legal pages current and watches for disputes.
Platform Ops
Watches uptime and costs, and rolls back bad deployments.
Knowledge
Turns what worked into playbooks for the next business, with personal data removed.
Strategy
Decides what is worth building and how it will make money.
Business Idea
Reads trend signals and the web every day and scores the five strongest ideas, with sources.
Research
Studies buyers, prices, competitors and the ads they keep running, then makes a go or no-go recommendation.
Business Plan
Writes a plan built to earn revenue early with little capital, covering the offer, the first channel, the numbers and when to stop.
Pricing
Sets prices that can turn a first visit into a sale and still make money, then tests within an approved range.
Finance
Tracks daily profit and loss for each business: revenue, ad spend, model spend and fees.
Brand and Build
Makes the brand, product and site, then tests all of them.
Marketing and Brand
Names the business, writes the messaging, and chooses the brand and site design.
Product Builder
Writes requirements with acceptance tests, builds the product with Claude Code and fixes it until it passes.
QA and Brand Guard
Tests every release against its requirements and checks every page. Nothing sells without a pass.
Engineering
Builds shared code for the businesses, including sites, the customer portal and integrations.
Portal
Builds each business's customer portal, from sign-in to support tickets.
Growth
Finds customers through social media, search and email.
Social Media
Chooses the channels, writes and designs posts for approval, and plans paid tests.
SEO and Content
Finds what buyers search for and writes sourced articles for the site.
Writes the welcome, onboarding, trial and win-back emails, along with the rules for sending them.
Creative Studio
Makes ad images, short videos and opening lines for each test.
Analytics and CRO
Handles tracking, funnel reports and A/B tests.
Customer
Looks after customers once they pay.
Billing
Watches payments, sends failed-payment notices, and pauses and restores access.
Onboarding
Adds new customers to the right email sequences and guides them toward their first result.
Support
Answers customer email in Zendesk, using each business's name.
As of October 2026.
What runs, and when
- Every 5 minutes
The run loop
It moves tasks along, publishes scheduled posts, checks ad campaigns against their limits, records payments and product events, and sends emails when they are due.
- Overnight
Review and scan
The Director reviews every business, and the Business Idea agent scans for new ideas.
- 6:30 am, weekdays
The morning report
One short email covers what needs a decision and what has happened since the last report.
- During the day
Decisions
We approve, decline with a note or ask for changes in the Command Center. The agents pick it up from there.
- Any time
Flags
If a check fails or something breaks a rule, the OS stops that work and raises a flag for a person.
The limits it works inside
The OS does a lot on its own. These rules decide where it stops.
Approvals
The plan, the prices, the brand, the launch and every ad budget wait for a person.
Spending caps
Each agent has a daily cap on model spend, checked before every call. Ad money moves only after approval.
Launch gate
A business must pass 55 checks, from legal pages and DNS to payments. The gate refuses a launch while a required check is open.
Tested releases
A release ships only after QA passes every must-have requirement, with evidence.
Second opinion
Key documents are reviewed by a model from a different family before they reach a person.
Audit log
Agent actions and approvals are recorded: who did what, when and why.
Keys in a vault
Secrets live in a vault, never in code.
Customer data
It stays out of AI traces, model calls only go to providers that don't keep the data, and each business keeps its own customer list.
Where a person steps in
Everything that needs us appears in one place. These are illustrations with sample data, not live screens.
Every approval in one list, each with the document behind it.
Each business's launch checklist. Some checks run on their own, like DNS and payments.
One email each weekday morning.
Claude and other models through OpenRouter, Claude Code, LangGraph, Next.js, Vercel, Supabase, Stripe and Resend.
What people ask
Can I use the Imagaine AI OS?
No. It runs Imagaine's own businesses. It isn't sold, licensed or offered as a service.
Do you build software for clients?
No. We only build and run our own businesses.
Who makes the decisions?
People do. Agents propose and carry out the work. A person approves plans, prices, brands, launches and spending.
Are the businesses fully automated?
Much of the daily work is. A person still reads the morning report, makes the decisions that matter and handles anything unusual.
How is customer data handled?
It's used to run the product the customer signed up for. It stays out of AI traces, and each business keeps its own customer list. Each product's privacy policy has the details.
Can I talk to you about the OS?
Yes, for press or partnerships. Email support@imagaine.com.
